0.29 - Bug Fixes, Cosmicopedia and introduction of future late game mechanics


v.0.29

- Fixed a lot of bugs related to save migrations
- Added Cosmicopedia - A help file.  It introduces the concepts of the game mechanics and is accessible in the Settings menu.  It can be expanded later.
- Star studies added to add stars to the Star Map and a Star Data table for rebirth planning.  These studies can be done with the Space Telescope.

The game runs a bit smoother and I have laid some foundations for adding mechanics to travel to other stars which will be how i implement the rebirth system, and late game.

You can now study stars with the Space Telescope which reveals data that allows you to plan your Rebirth action, when that is implemented. 

Future Outlook for the game:

Basically you will be able to travel to any star you studied, after building a large, expensive modular starship (similar to the Rocket Miners implementation),.  All of these Stars have a prevailing weather type, which can be useful to know when you plan to use a lot of Solar Power, and also the precipitation type is given, which doesn't necessarily have to be water, but can still be collected, which may be useful, if you want a lot of diesel, or glass or anything!

After rebirthing, the premise will be that you will be awarded Ascendency Points based on the star you travelled to, further stars are deemed 'harder' and so will award more AP.  Rebirthing will unlock the Galactic Market, available after the first rebirth as a tab,  where you can spend these AP for permanent buffs to make future runs faster.  Then with this mechanic implemented in future, we will be able to look at end goals for finishing the game.

Any ideas are welcome!  Also any tips for balancing the economy, as I know this is chaotic at the moment.  All feedback welcomed!
